1000-1200℃ Vacuum Tube Furnace
Structural Features of Vacuum Tube Furnace:
The BND-series high-temperature laboratory tube resistance furnace is designed with excellent performance, integrating multiple technologies to ensure safety and reliability.
1. Rated temperatures of 1000℃ and 1200℃.
2. Utilizes vacuum forming technology, with heating elements embedded in the inner surface of the ceramic fiber chamber. The one-piece chamber liner prevents contamination from volatiles, and a special thermal insulation design keeps the outer surface temperature of the furnace low.
3. Heating elements are arranged around the interior of the chamber, featuring a special anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the heating wire.
4. The furnace tube is made of alumina (1000℃), with an option for corundum tubes.
5. Features silicon-controlled rectifier control, PID auto-tuning functionality, manual/automatic interference-free switching, and programmable for 30 time segments to meet continuous temperature maintenance and control requirements. It includes an automatic power-off protection design when the door is opened, an over-temperature alarm function, and built-in parameter password control.
6. Heating rate of 10-30℃/min, with fast heating speed and low energy consumption in an empty furnace, achieving over 50% energy savings.
7. High temperature control accuracy with a display precision of ±1℃; temperature fluctuation less than 3℃, and uniformity within ±6℃.
8. Multiple safety protection designs ensure good safety performance and a long service life.
9. Technological appearance design with a simple structure that is aesthetically pleasing.
Additional Configurations:
1. Optional standard corundum tubes and 99% corundum tubes.
2. Optional installation debugging and training.
