1. Application:
Suitable for the combustion performance test of non-metallic materials in the aircraft cabin:
1.1 Inner cabins containing groups or passengers: such as ceilings, inner wall panels, partitions, kitchen structures, large cabinet wall panels, structural floor coverings and floor coverings, textiles (including curtains and drapes), seat cushions, Liners, coated fabrics (decorative and non-decorative), leather products, trays and kitchen equipment, electrical bushings, air ducts, joints and edge covers, Class B and Class E cargo or luggage compartment liners, Class B, C, D or E cargo or luggage compartment floors, cargo covers and transparent covers, molded and thermoformed parts, air duct joints and trims (for decoration and anti-wear), etc.
1.2 Cargo and luggage compartments that do not carry crew or passengers, such as: insulation blankets and cargo shields, mooring equipment (including containers, general containers and pallets) for each cargo and luggage compartment, etc.

3. Main performance parameters:
3.1 Test types: divided into four categories: vertical combustion test, horizontal combustion test, 45° combustion test; 60° combustion test.
3.2 Instrument composition: consists of three parts, combustion box, control part and test device;
3.3 Combustion box:
3.3.1 The vertical combustion test, horizontal combustion test, and 45° combustion test share the same box; the 60° combustion test is an independent combustion box.
3.3.2 The front of the box is equipped with a tempered glass observation window sealed during the test, which is convenient for observing the test.
3.4 Combustion torch:
3.4.1 A Bunsen burner is used, the inner diameter of the flame outlet: Ф9.5±0.1mm, the steam outlet: Ф0.9±0.03mm, and the height of the nozzle from the air inlet is 100±10mm. Two in total
3.4.2 Torch angle: 0°, 45°, 60°, 90° adjustable;
3.4.3 Flame height: 20mm~100mm can be adjusted arbitrarily. Adjust the flame height according to different test types.
3.5 Timer: burning time, flame burning time, smoldering time, and flame burning time of drops. Timing accuracy 0.1S, timing range: 0~99.99s/m/h can be set;
3.6 Length gauge: resolution 1.0mm;
3.7 Temperature measurement system:
3.7.1 Thermocouple: K-type thermocouple with a diameter of 1.2~1.5mm;
3.7.2 Temperature meter: It is a hand-held thermometer with a range of 0~1000°C and a resolution ≧1°C;
3.7.3 Equipped with electronic stopwatch: accurate to 0.1S (standby during temperature measurement verification);
3.8 Sample fixture: made of stainless steel, divided into horizontal test rack, vertical test rack, 45° test rack, 60° test rack;
3.9 Gas: use methane with a concentration of not less than 99%;
3.10 Power supply: AC220V, 500W;
3.11 Use space: length 1600mm, width 650mm, height 850mm;
3.12 Emission of smoke and dust: not including a fume hood, it is an optional accessory.
